Two panel Chinese skirt. I'm unsure of what the aubergine colored fabric is. Feels like taffeta. It's very crisp. Sky blue Waistband is polished cotton. Black fabric is silk. Trimmed with blue ribbon and gold colored couched order threads. Closes at waist with loop and knot closures. In good vintage condition. One tiny moth hole as shown. It looks like some spotting on the back of the skirt, but it's not very noticeable due to the dark color of the fabric. Light fading to waist. Some tarnishing to metal threads. Length: 41 inches from waist to hem. Width across: 46 inches at waist. If you separate the panels, Each panel is 27.5” wide across the waist. Fabulous antique piece.
