When heated, our Weighted Spa Blanket is a "self-help" tool for calming and comfort. Flax being a small seed, lays softly on the body. When heated in the microwave to desirable temperature, the blanket will provide a moist aromatic experience that will melt away tension and anxiety; thus serenity and tranquility is present. Insert ingredients: flax seed, organic herbs/leaf (ie: lavender buds, eucalyptus leaf) & pure essential oil. Approximately 4.5 lbs.
