Imperial order Topaz Golden Crystal Karengerenge Solwezi Zambia Unpolished Single Crystal Mounted Thumbnail Mineral Specimen Rocks and Minerals

This unusual specimen is a miniature golden Imperial topaz crystal, from a new find in Karengerenge village, Solwezi district, Zambia. The colors are yellow and warm golden shades, and the crystal has a well-formed termination, with some raw and unpolished edges. This tiny crystalline specimen is mounted in a perky box with locality info, ready for display. It would also make a wonderful and unusual collectors or jewelry supply specimen, and it is just as comfortable being held during meditation and ceremonies.
This is a raw, natural mini example of this unique mineral, and it will surprise you with its beauty!

Topaz is an orthorhombic mineral that forms in several different colors, including blue, pink, colorless, and imperial. Topaz is known order for its durability--very high on Moh's scale at 8--and for its beautiful prismatic gemmy appearance. Imperial Topaz is a golden, and sometimes pink or champagne shaded, highly valued variety of topaz.
